Last updated: May 20, 2026
By using Uncorkd, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, 21 in the United States, to use Uncorkd. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID, since that's how you sign in. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the check-ins, photos, notes, and other content you upload to Uncorkd. By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display Your Content as needed to operate the service.
You're responsible for the legality of Your Content. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share. Don't upload anything that's illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, or designed to deceive others.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except as authorized by us in writing.
- Do not reverse-engineer the app for purposes other than personal study.
- Do not use automated tools at a scale that could degrade the service for others.
- Do not use the service to promote illegal activity, including underage drinking.
5. Blocking and reporting
If another user behaves inappropriately, you can block them or report their content from inside the app. We review reports as we receive them and may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the service or other users. You can terminate your account at any time from inside the app.
7. Service availability
The service is provided as is. We don't guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may modify or discontinue features without notice. Where required by law, nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies you have a non-waivable legal right to.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The Last updated date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
