If you're stuck or want to report a bug, email support@uncorkdwine.app. Please include your device model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and a screenshot if possible.

Common questions

How do I add a friend?

Friends → Add Friend, then search for their handle. They'll get a request to accept.

Can people I haven't added see my check-ins?

No. Only friends you've explicitly accepted can see your check-ins.

How do I turn off notifications?

iOS Settings → Notifications → Uncorkd.

How do I delete a single check-in?

Open the check-in, tap the overflow menu, then tap Delete.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. Your check-ins, photos, and friendships are removed.

I want my data. How do I export it?

Email support@uncorkdwine.app and we'll send you a JSON export within 30 days.

Is Uncorkd free?

Yes, during beta. We may introduce optional paid features later; the core journal will always be free for personal use.

Reporting abuse

To report or block any user, navigate to the Friends page from your user profile. Select the person you want to block or report and tap the overflow (...) menu. We review reports promptly. For urgent safety issues, email support@uncorkdwine.app with URGENT in the subject.
